Overview

The TQMLS102xA embedded module, based on the LS102xA processor from NXP, combines a dual ARM® Cortex®-A7 architecture with the NXP QorIQ high speed communication technology. The integrated graphics controller supports applications with display and touch screen requirements.

Incorporating dual ARM® Cortex®-A7 cores with optional ECC protection with the NXP QorIQ high speed communication technology the  LS1021A is engineered to deliver over 5,000 CoreMarks® of performance, as well as virtualization support, advanced security features and the broadest array of high-speed interconnects and optimized peripheral features. The module is designed for fanless small form factor secure network applications such as enterprise routers, mobile wireless routers, multi-protocol IoT gateways and industrial and factory automation.
